As part of its new balneotherapy programme, the Spa at Falgos is now offering energetic colour therapy known as: chromotherapy.

Colours have therapeutic value and medicinal properties. They help maintain and directly influence our physical, mental and emotional equilibrium (calming, exciting, balancing, caring, harmonising...).

How does this work? By using coloured light for between 5 and 30 minutes in an especially adapted room. There are no harmful side-effects.

With a knowledge of the influence of colours, you can make sensible choices about the colour of your clothes according to your needs: this is one of the principles of chromotherapy.

Cost of a session of Balneotherapy with Chromotherapy: 35 € for 20 minutes
